INTENTional MENTORing for Intern Loss Adjusters

A three day training program in modular format, supported by group coaching of protégé’s / mentees in the workplace. Protégé’s / mentees are prepared for their contribution to a MENTORing relationship. This program brings together the components of upskilling a new entrance into the market which connects theoretical insurance knowledge, workplace experience and the MENTORing relationship towards performing the role of a Junior Loss Adjuster linking theoretical knowledge to workplace experience with a MENTORing relationship.
